POSITION

Chiropractic Associate HOURS:

Monday•Friday 9:00AM•6:00PM (Will be scheduled according to an 8-hour work day) No weekends/Holidays/On call

Hours SALARY:

40-45/hr DOE (+Potential for Bonus)

JOB SUMMARY

Primarily but not limited the following: Diagnosing, consulting, administering/performing chiropractic therapy techniques. Via chiropractic and physiotherapeutic practices; treating soft tissue injuries.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Graduate of accredited Chiropractic program Current/valid state and national license Experience Preferred (Not Required): 1 year of outpatient clinic experience Current/Valid X-ray license Bilingual Spanish/English

Treats patients and co-workers with respect. 6. Empathetic with patient's needs and concerns. 7. Ability to work well with physicians, anticipating their needs in regard to patient treatment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities 1) Provide neuromusculoskeletal therapy, which involves adjusting a patient's spinal column and other joints by hand 2) Assess a patient's medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to the patient's concerns, and performing a physical examination 3) Conduct tests, including evaluating a patient's posture and taking x rays 4) Identify health problems 5) Give additional treatments, such as but not limited to physiotherapies 6) Refer patients to other health care professionals, if needed
