Job Description
We are hiring Licensed Therapists to offer Individual and Family therapy in an outpatient setting with Full Fee and insurance clients. You would receive 60% of the fee charged. Our therapists can set any rate that they would like. We are actively looking to hire a creative, driven, and evidence-based therapist to join our rapidly growing practice. Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance partial stipend available if you average 25 clients per week or more. We are specifically looking to hire a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) to see clients at our Irvine Spectrum location at 25 Mauchly, Suite 317, Irvine, CA 92618 or Newport Beach location, 1000 Quail Street, Suite 155, Newport Beach, CA 92660. We also offer participation on an insurance panel if desired. All levels qualify for 1 hour of Sick Pay for every 30 hours worked. We cover the reasonable costs of marketing, office space, office supplies, internet, telehealth, and professional liability insurance. We offer $250 per month toward paid medical insurance if you regularly see 25+ clients per week. Equal Opportunity Employer.
