Full Job Description Location:

Sacramento, CA (with oversight of Roseville, Yuba City, and Stockton locations)

Compensation:

Starting salary:$120,000 with expected compensation growth and bonuses based on performance and program growth Full benefits package Are you an experienced California chiropractor who understands workers' compensation and wants the opportunity to build something meaningful? We are a large, established interventional pain management and rehabilitation practice seeking a motivated chiropractor to lead the development and expansion of our chiropractic services throughout our organization. This is not simply an associate position. We are looking for a leader and entrepreneur who wants to help build a thriving chiropractic division and share in its success. Our practice currently manages over 2,000 patient encounters per month and refers approximately 70-100 patients monthly for chiropractic treatment. We have an established referral base, extensive infrastructure, and four clinical locations throughout Northern California, including our central Sacramento office and satellite offices in Roseville, Yuba City, and Stockton. The Sacramento location already has dedicated chiropractic space available, including three treatment/exam rooms, a large open area suitable for rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise, and a dedicated waiting area. All scheduling, billing, authorizations, front office operations, and administrative support are already in place. We are looking for a chiropractor who can focus on patient care, program development, leadership, and growth. What You'll Do Develop and lead chiropractic services across four locations Provide high-quality patient care within the California workers' compensation system Build relationships with physicians, case managers, and referral sources Help expand services and increase patient access Recruit, mentor, and oversee additional chiropractors as the division grows Collaborate with our existing multidisciplinary team Oversee and help expand complementary services, including acupuncture Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives What We're Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in California Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation regulations, documentation, and billing Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills Demonstrated leadership ability Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in business development Ability to build systems, train staff, and grow a service line Desire for a long-term leadership role Benefits Health insurance (practice covers 75% of premium) 401(k) with 4% employer match Four weeks paid time off Additional PTO opportunities with tenure Established patient base from day one Administrative and billing support provided Significant growth and leadership opportunity This is an exceptional opportunity for the right chiropractor to step into an established referral network, lead a growing service line, and build a substantial practice within a successful multidisciplinary workers' compensation organization.
