• Begin with structured, hands-on training in soft tissue techniques and rehab protocols
• Deliver chiropractic care, manual therapy, and functional rehab for active individuals
• Track objective outcomes, perform re-evaluations, and educate patients on long-term health strategies
• Work closely with the clinic director in your initial phase, assisting with overflow and shared patient care while receiving mentorship and guidance
• As your own caseload grows, we plan to bring on an additional team member to continue supporting the director and accommodate ongoing clinic growth What We're Looking For
• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Doctor of Chiropractic in California
• Passion for sports rehab, movement-based care, and patient outcomes
• Eagerness to learn advanced clinical techniques and treatment systems
• Strong communicator and collaborative team member
