Are you a dedicated Chiropractor with strong sales and communication skills seeking a meaningful role in neurological care? At Cerebral Health, we are a highly specialized multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing comprehensive treatment for individuals with brain injuries, concussions, dizziness, and related neurological conditions. Our main goal is to support as many people as possible in their healing journey, and to help people get their lives back. We are in search of a skilled Chiropractor with an interest in Neurology to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving brain health and enhancing our patients' quality of life. If you do not have a background in neurology, we ask that you have the drive to learn and grow to understand the business! We are looking for A+ players with sales experience and a proven track record of success!
Position Overview:
As a Chiropractor at Cerebral Health, you will play a key role in both patient care and business development. This position is sales-heavy, with your primary focus being patient consultations, enrollment, conversion, and retention. You will help patients understand our services, guide them through diagnostic testing, and encourage commitment to Neurorestoration treatment plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide hands-on chiropractic care and contribute to patient treatment. Your strong communication skills, sales expertise, and passion for improving health will directly contribute to the diagnosis and treatment of our patients' complex cases. Responsibilities:
Patient Evaluation & Consultation Review and assess patient intake forms to understand medical history, symptoms, and concerns. Conduct 20-minute initial consultations, guiding patients through their symptoms, addressing concerns, and answering questions with clarity and empathy. Make informed recommendations and referrals based on patient symptoms and concerns, guiding them through next steps including the Neurorestoration examination. Report of Findings & Treatment Enrollment Lead 40-minute Report of Findings (ROF) sessions, presenting diagnostic results and explaining the significance of findings. Recommend personalized treatment plans based on patient results, ensuring alignment with their health goals. Clearly communicate the value of neuro rehab and chiropractic services, overcoming objections and encouraging commitment to care plans. Guide patients through the enrollment process to ensure a seamless transition into care. Sales & Patient Conversion Utilize proven sales strategies to maximize patient enrollment. Educate patients on the long-term benefits of treatment and address any financial or logistical concerns. Follow up with patients who are undecided to reinforce the importance of care and increase conversion rates. Conduct Reevaluations, which involves reviewing retesting results and recommending further treatment. Clinical Care & Treatment Perform thorough neurological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on your findings. Administer evidence-based chiropractic adjustments and spinal manipulations tailored to address neurological issues and improve patients' well-being. Collaborate closely with our team of specialists to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and long-term health. Support with training and leading a small team of rehabilitation therapists. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration & Performance Optimization Maintain accurate records of patient consultations, ROFs, and conversion metrics. Work closely with the clinical and front desk teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient outcomes. Continuously refine consultation and sales techniques to enhance patient commitment and clinic revenue. Partnership Development & Community Engagement Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, attorneys, and referral partners. Participate in seminars, health fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities on behalf of the clinic.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution. Active chiropractic licensure in the state of California. Past experience and proven track record of success in sales, patient conversion, or treatment enrollment. Experience in patient consultations, healthcare sales, or case management in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or neuro rehab setting (preferred but not required). Skills & Abilities Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to confidently communicate value to all. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with patients and clinic partners. Ability to explain complex health concepts in a simple and compelling way. Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities to overcome patient hesitations. Highly organized with attention to detail in tracking patient interactions and conversion metrics. Proficiency in active rehabilitation and therapeutic exercises. A commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A strong drive to learn and grow, especially if this is a new industry for you. Additional Preferred Qualifications A passion for neuro-chiropractic care. (Diplomate in neurology a huge plus - but not needed) Familiarity with chiropractic, neuro rehab, and functional medicine concepts (training provided if necessary). Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) and sales tracking systems. Passion for health and wellness with a patient-first mindset.
