ASSOCIATE DOCTOR OF CHIROPRACTIC
Treating Doctor | 3.5 Days a Week |
Santa Rosa, CA Base Pay:
$5,000/Month | Performance Bonus | Full Benefits | Growth Optional | No On-Call The Short Version We are a busy, highly specialized spine clinic in Santa Rosa looking for a Doctor of Chiropractic to join our team. You will work 3.5 days per week in a professionally run, fully supported clinical environment — treating an active, diverse patient base that includes routine musculoskeletal care, complex neurological presentations, preventative care, and personal injury cases. You start as a
Treating Doctor:
delivering hands-on patient care while Dr. Lincoln handles all examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. No mandatory out-of-office obligations. No on-call. A great schedule, competitive pay, and a practice that is genuinely excellent at what it does. Where you go from there is entirely up to you. Some doctors will want exactly this — a well-run practice, a sustainable schedule, and the satisfaction of delivering excellent care day in and day out. Others will find, over time, that they want to grow into more — advanced clinical scope, post-doctoral credentialing, and a long-term partnership pathway. Both roads are open. Neither is required. If either of those sounds like you, keep reading. What You Will Do Deliver chiropractic adjustments, manual therapies, and prescribed treatments to an established, active patient base Work alongside Dr. Lincoln in a collaborative clinical environment — treatment plans are set, your job is to execute them with skill and care Build genuine relationships with patients across a wide range of case types: routine, complex, preventative, and medico-legal Document treatments accurately and efficiently using our Advanced MD (AMD) practice management system Communicate proactively with Dr. Lincoln on patient progress — you are never alone in managing a case As you grow more comfortable in the practice, opportunities to take on more will be available if you want them — more clinical scope, more complexity, more responsibility. Or you stay exactly where you are and continue doing excellent work. Either is valued here. How We Support You From Day 1 We have built this practice so you can do your best work without unnecessary burden.
From the moment you start:
All initial examinations, neurological assessments, and diagnoses are handled by Dr. Lincoln — you treat with confidence knowing the clinical foundation is solid Treatment plans are prescribed for you — your energy goes into delivering excellent care, not administrative complexity Personal injury documentation, medico-legal reporting, and attorney communication are Dr. Lincoln's domain — you will never be pulled into that workflow unless you choose to grow into it No mandatory out-of-office events, weekend obligations, or on-call requirements A professionally run, well-organized practice with established systems waiting for you — not a startup you have to build The goal is simple: remove every obstacle between you and great patient care. Everything else is handled. About Primary Spine and Injury Center PSIC is not a typical chiropractic office. We are a specialty spine clinic with fellowship-level clinical expertise, serving a broad patient base that includes routine musculoskeletal cases, complex neurological presentations, preventative care, and personal injury cases. Our clinical director, Dr. David Lincoln, holds three post-doctoral fellowships, Board Certification in Chiropractic Neurology, and Advanced Imaging Certification — and he handles all the complex clinical work personally.
What that means for you:
you walk into a professionally run, well-organized practice with established systems, an active patient base, and a clinical director who has already done the hard diagnostic work. Your job is to deliver excellent treatment — and do it well.
Your Schedule Monday:
full day
Tuesday:
half day
Wednesday:
full day
Thursday:
full day
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
your time — no patient obligations 3.5 days a week is not a compromise. It is the schedule, by design. We built this practice to run efficiently — not to run doctors into the ground. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary $5,000/month base salary + performance bonus structure — one of the most competitive hourly rates in chiropractic given the 3.5-day schedule At 3.5 days per week, this is the equivalent of an $85,000+ annual salary at a standard 5-day schedule — you earn more per hour worked than the vast majority of associate positions in chiropractic Most associate positions at this compensation level also require spinal screenings, patient acquisition events, practice-building activities, and report writing. None of that is required here unless you choose to grow into it. Performance Bonus After 90 days, you earn a percentage of collections above a monthly threshold — your income grows as the practice grows No ceiling on bonus earnings Benefits Malpractice insurance: $1,000,000 / $3,000,000 limits — fully covered by PSIC Group health insurance after 90 days (PSIC pays 50% of premium)
PTO:
5 days after 90 days, scaling to 12 days after 5 years CE coverage for any required continuing education Chiropractic care for you as an employee Team member discounts on clinic services and products Your Path Here — You Define It PSIC is built to support two kinds of doctors equally well, and we mean that genuinely. If you want a well-run practice, a sustainable 3.5-day schedule, and the deep satisfaction of delivering excellent hands-on care to a diverse, interesting patient base — this position delivers exactly that, at a high level, for as long as you want it. If you want more — if you find yourself curious about advanced spine care, neurological assessment, MRI interpretation, or the medico-legal side of what we do — the infrastructure to pursue that is already here. Any time after your first 90 days, you can choose to pursue our fellowship credentialing fully funded by PSIC. You advance at your own pace, with Dr. Lincoln as your mentor, and your compensation grows at every milestone. Both paths are legitimate. Both are valued. The only thing we ask is that you show up fully for whichever one you choose. What We Are Looking For Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited institution Active California chiropractic license (or eligibility for California licensure) Strong hands-on adjusting skills and genuine care for patients Reliable, professional, and easy to work with Comfortable working within a structured clinical system — treatment plans are set; your job is to execute them excellently Good documentation habits — accuracy matters in a specialty practice Experience level is open. New graduates are welcome. What matters most is attitude, skill, and fit. This Position Is Not the Right Fit If You... Want to run your own independent practice immediately Prefer to set your own treatment plans from day one Are looking for a high-volume, purely mechanical adjustment practice with minimal patient interaction How to Apply Send the following to Dr. David Lincoln at
