Job Title:
Senior Associate Chiropractor -
Torrance, CA About Us:
We are an established, fast-growing, and high-producing practice (90% cash-based) located in beautiful Torrance, California. Our office is dedicated to providing elite-level chiropractic care, advanced therapeutic modalities (including spinal decompression, shockwave, and Neubie), and an exceptional patient experience in a friendly, energetic environment. Our clinic is situated in a safe, pleasant, and highly desirable coastal area adjacent to the Del Amo Fashion Center, vibrant dining, and beaches. We are also proudly partnered with one of the busiest 24 Hour Fitness locations in the country, situated right in our plaza, ensuring a robust and steady flow of new patients. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience as a practicing Chiropractor with strong diversified manual adjusting skills.
Licensing:
Active California Chiropractic License AND California Radiologic (X-ray) Permit are strictly required prior to the start date.
Case Management & Communication:
Strong clinical expertise in patient education, case management, and structured Day 1 / Day 2 report-of-findings systems. You should be comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans with confidence, helping patients understand the long-term value of their care to ensure high retention and compliance.
Modalities:
Working knowledge of advanced modalities (spinal decompression, shockwave, soft tissue therapies) or a strong willingness to learn our specific clinical protocols.
Language:
Being able to speak Japanese is not required, but is a big plus. Ideal Candidate & Cultural Fit (Who You Are):

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$100,000+ base salary with realistic, performance-based earning potential ranging from $120,000 to $200,000+ through our competitive bonus structure.
