Job Description
Overview Community Chiropractic Group is a fast-growing, patient-centered chiropractic and wellness clinic serving Tulare County. We focus on delivering high-quality, results-driven care through a combination of manual adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and functional movement. Our clinic works with a diverse patient base including families, athletes, prenatal/postpartum patients, and personal injury cases. We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative, energetic, and professional environment where doctors can thrive and grow. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient evaluations and re-examinations Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments Provide soft tissue therapies (IASTM, cupping, myofascial work preferred) Develop and manage individualized treatment plans Educate patients on care plans, rehab, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Collaborate with other providers and team members Build strong patient relationships and retention Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree (D.C.) Active California chiropractic license (or ability to obtain) Strong adjusting skills (Diversified preferred; other techniques welcome) Soft tissue experience is a plus (Graston/IASTM, cupping, ART, etc.) Excellent communication and patient rapport Team-oriented with a strong work ethic New grads are welcome to apply (mentorship available)
