Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Chiropractor to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, with the ability to assess and manage various patient conditions effectively. This role involves providing high-quality patient care through comprehensive evaluations, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' overall health and well-being. We are seeking a forward-thinking, driven chiropractor to take the helm — with the opportunity to buy out the practice. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history reviews. Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and conditions. Utilize various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy and acute pain management strategies. Perform medical imaging when necessary to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in occupational health settings to provide comprehensive care. Maintain accurate patient records using appropriate medical terminology to document assessments, treatments, and outcomes. Experience Proven experience in patient observation and assessment within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to chiropractic care. Familiarity with pain management techniques and primary care practices is preferred. Experience in conducting physical examinations and developing effective care plans is essential. using blood work, labs, nutrition & lifestyle to heal from the inside out. Decompression therapy, passive modalities (ice/heat, ultrasound, etc.), Class IV Laser Therapy, massage therapy. Our mission is not only to treat pain, but to restore long-term function, prevent recurrence, and improve overall wellness.
What We Do Best:
Personal Injury Cases are a core part of our work: auto accidents, whiplash, soft tissue injury. These cases form a steady stream of patients. Corrective care via CBP is emphasized. It's not just symptom relief—we help reshape posture, address spinal structure, and maintain nervous system health.

Lead + Buy-Out We want a chiropractor who can: Lead the clinic: oversee patient care standards, mentor/support staff, and maintain quality and consistency in the delivery of CBP corrective care.
Continue offering our full suite:
Functional Medicine, Decompression, Laser, Massage, passive modalities, etc. Eventually purchase the practice (terms negotiable) so you truly own and steer the future here.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong skill and experience in CBP corrective chiropractic care. Experience handling personal injury cases, with familiarity in dealing with auto accident claims and related documentation. Or be ready to learn.
Leadership qualities:
able to manage staff, maintain standards, and represent the clinic in the community.
