The ideal candidate has strong rehab skills, values active care, and enjoys working with both athletes and motivated patients. Responsibilities Perform thorough assessments and individualized treatment plans. Experience with sales and communication Provide chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapies, and prescribe corrective exercise/rehab. Collaborate with patients to help them achieve lasting results rather than temporary relief. Contribute to our supportive, patient-centered culture.

Compensation Annual salary range:

$65,000 - $85,000 , depending on experience and performance. Growth opportunities as the practice expands. Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview process. Requirements Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree with active Colorado license (or ability to obtain). Strong interest in active care, rehab, and holistic patient management. Certifications in rehab-based methods (DNS, FRC, FR, Webster, etc.) are a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Details:

This position operates on an independent contractor model with a 70/30 split (you as the provider retains 70% of collected revenue, clinic retains 30% for system operations). There is a $1,200 monthly office rent deduction . This model allows for uncapped earning potential based on patient volume and performance.

Example:

If you generate $10,000 in billings in a month, your take-home would be $7,000 minus the $1,200 rent, for a net of $5,800.
