As a Temporary Chiropractor, you will deliver high-quality chiropractic care to patients experiencing various conditions, including acute pain and occupational health concerns. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of discomfort. Perform physical examinations and interpret medical imaging results to inform accurate diagnoses. Develop and implement personalized care plans focusing on pain management, trigger point therapy, and rehabilitation strategies. Manage acute pain episodes through appropriate chiropractic techniques and interventions. Provide education on physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to enhance patient understanding of their conditions. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment approaches to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on occupational health cases and complex patient needs. Maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with clinical standards. Requirements Valid chiropractic license with current registration in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in patient care, physical examinations, and primary care settings. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging interpretation. Expertise in pain management techniques such as trigger point therapy and acute pain relief methods. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop effective care plans. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and educating patients effectively. Familiarity with occupational health practices and managing work-related musculoskeletal issues is preferred.
