Essential Duties Include:

Direct Patient Support:

Assist doctors with initial patient intake exams, record detailed medical histories, and enter notes into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Patient Education:

Engage with patients to provide education on physiotherapy and progress updates, ensuring a positive clinical experience.

Equipment & Inventory Management:

Learn about Durable Medical Equipment (DME) to assist patients with selection and distribution, while also managing office inventory and supplies.

Clinical Operations:

Assist with patient flow, conduct re-exams, and support front-desk clerical duties or scheduling as needed. Preferred Skills Familiarity with medical terminology. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining a high attention to detail. Required Skills High School Diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a role involving direct patient interaction. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Physical ability to lift patients as needed and remain active throughout the workday. Proficiency in using standard office equipment and computer screens.

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
