In this vital role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing a variety of physical discomforts, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing overall well-being. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop and implement tailored care plans that address acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and general pain relief strategies. Perform manual therapies such as spinal adjustments, soft tissue mobilization, and trigger point therapy to alleviate discomfort. Educate patients on injury prevention, occupational health practices, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health. Utilize medical terminology accurately when documenting patient records and communicating with other healthcare professionals. Monitor patient progress through regular assessments and modify treatment plans as needed for optimal outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, including the interpretation of medical imaging results when necessary. Experience Proven experience as a Chiropractor or in a similar primary care role within a clinical setting. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical imaging techniques relevant to musculoskeletal health. Hands-on experience with physical examinations, patient assessment techniques, and developing effective care plans. Familiarity with pain management strategies including trigger point therapy and occupational health practices. Excellent understanding of medical terminology to ensure clear communication across healthcare teams. Prior experience managing acute pain cases and providing patient education on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
