This role is a great fit for a licensed DC who wants to focus on caring for patients, communicating clearly, documenting well, and working as part of a supportive team. You do not need to bring your own patient base. We provide internal referrals, online marketing, and a steady clinic environment where the focus is on quality care and patient experience. If you're a recent grad or an experienced Chiropractor who would like to grow within a Woman and LGBTQ+ Owned Practice, this could be a great opportunity to learn under a Palmer Grad who has been practicing for 10+ years. Our practice is warm and inviting and we don't churn patients. Regular appoints are 10-15 minutes depending on patient need, and new patient exams are a full 30 (again depending on patient need). About the Role The Associate Chiropractor is responsible for delivering safe, evidence-informed chiropractic care while helping patients feel heard, supported, and clear about their plan of care. You will perform evaluations and re-evaluations, provide chiropractic treatment within scope, create and update care plans, educate patients, and complete timely documentation for each visit. This is an at-will position . Responsibilities Perform chiropractic evaluations and re-evaluations as appropriate Deliver safe, evidence-informed chiropractic care within scope Create and update care plans aligned with patient goals and clinical findings Educate patients clearly about findings, treatment plans, expectations, and home care Complete timely and accurate documentation for each visit Coordinate care with front desk, massage therapy, and leadership team members Help maintain smooth clinic flow and a calm, professional patient experience Communicate with patients in a warm, clear, and supportive manner
What We Provide Bonus Structure :
50% of monthly receipts, or Salary (whichever is more) expected to total $188k. Internal referrals, with no need to find or bring in your own patients Online marketing support Liability insurance stipend, with coverage under your own name Time off Vacation coverage through mutual provider coverage Internal trades for massage and chiropractic care Supportive team environment Insurance What Growth and the Future may look like Possible Junior and Senior Partnership Satellite Clinics Time Off and Coverage We handle vacation and extra time off through mutual coverage between providers. When one provider is away, the other provider may see their scheduled patients as needed so patient care remains uninterrupted. This system is intended to be reciprocal and based on good faith. We support each other's time off by sharing coverage and, when possible, working longer shifts to help keep patient care moving smoothly.
Time off includes:
2 weeks off per year, contiguous or non-contiguous 5 tracked sick days Additional sick or vacation days may be reciprocally covered by another provider We do not want to nickel and dime every hour or day. The goal is to operate fairly, professionally, and in good faith, while not affecting the practice's financial health.
