Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Chiropractor Assistant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support the chiropractor in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with various treatment modalities, and ensuring a smooth operation within the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with excellent patient assessment skills to help manage acute pain and develop effective care plans. Responsibilities Assist the chiropractor in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments. Observe patients and document their progress, noting any changes in condition. Support acute pain management strategies through various therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy. Help develop and implement individualized care plans for patients based on their specific needs. Utilize medical terminology accurately when communicating with patients and other healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all medical imaging equipment is properly handled. Educate patients on occupational health practices and the importance of maintaining physical well-being. Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Qualifications Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology is essential for effective patient care. Familiarity with medical terminology and imaging techniques is preferred. Experience or training in pain management practices, including trigger point therapy, is advantageous. Excellent observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively. Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and assist in creating care plans. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
