Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Associate Chiropractor, where your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing patient well-being and promoting optimal musculoskeletal health. In this energetic and rewarding position, you will deliver comprehensive chiropractic care, perform detailed patient assessments, and develop personalized treatment plans. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and underlying causes of pain. Perform physical examinations, including range of motion tests, neurological assessments, and orthopedic evaluations to inform diagnosis. Manage acute pain conditions using evidence-based chiropractic techniques such as trigger point therapy and manual adjustments. Develop and implement individualized care plans that incorporate pain management strategies, physical therapy exercises, and lifestyle recommendations. Utilize medical imaging reports and interpret relevant data to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Provide primary care services related to musculoskeletal health, including injury prevention, occupational health advice, and postural education. Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups and modify treatment approaches as needed to ensure optimal recovery. Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, treatment outcomes, and care plans in compliance with clinical standards. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and self-care techniques to empower ongoing health management. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate referrals when necessary. Qualifications Valid chiropractic license or certification in good standing within the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging interpretation. Skilled in acute pain management methods such as trigger point therapy and manual adjustments. Familiarity with primary care practices related to musculoskeletal health and occupational health issues. Excellent communication skills for educating patients about their conditions and treatment options. Ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual needs while adhering to clinical guidelines.
