We are looking for a Chiropractic Physician who wants to practice at a higher level within a collaborative medical environment. You will work alongside medical providers, nurses, and rehabilitation technicians in a concierge-style setting designed around quality care vs patient volume.

Physical rehabilitation + MedGym Fitness-focused injury management with the use of technology and medicine Performance and health optimization Your role is clear and elevated: You evaluate, diagnose, design, and oversee the exercise and chiropractic treatment plan.

You will be responsible for:

Orthopedic exams Clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of musculoskeletal conditions Designing individualized exercise and chiropractic treatment plans Delivering adjustments and hands-on care Guiding patient outcomes in coordination with the medical team Overseeing rehabilitation technicians who execute your treatment plan orders Balanced Flow is structured to support high-level clinical practice, with streamlined operations and coordinated support that allow providers to stay focused on patient care and outcomes. This is an ideal role for a clinician who values autonomy, professionalism, collaboration, and a more sophisticated model of care. Qualifications Active Illinois Chiropractic Physician license Strong orthopedic and rehabilitation background Experience in exercise-based and movement-focused care Ability to lift 50 lb Desire to work within an interdisciplinary medical setting 2+ years of experience preferred (will train in our protocols) Position Details Part-time or full-time opportunity Hourly compensation $40-$50, based on experience and schedule Beautiful Bucktown/Wicker Park location If you are looking for a clinic environment that feels elevated, modern, collaborative, and clinically rewarding, we'd love to connect.
