This role is ideal for a doctor who wants to sharpen their clinical skills, learn proven systems, and grow within a modern, patient-centered practice. You'll begin by delivering excellent chiropractic care and supporting structured treatment plans, with a clear pathway to expanded responsibilities over time—including patient education, community outreach, team leadership, and potential future office leadership. About the Practice We help patients with chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions using advanced, non-surgical therapeutic technologies. Our integrated approach combines chiropractic care with: Class IV Laser Therapy Radial Shockwave Therapy Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression Neuropathy treatment programs Modern rehabilitation and regenerative-focused protocols Common conditions we treat include: Herniated and degenerative spinal discs Joint pain and degeneration Peripheral neuropathy Chronic musculoskeletal pain Sports and lifestyle injuries You'll be joining a progressive, team-based environment focused on improving function, reducing pain, and helping patients avoid unnecessary surgery when appropriate. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and examinations Deliver high-quality chiropractic adjustments and evidence-based care Support treatment plans using the clinic's established systems Educate patients on their conditions and recommended care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physical therapy and rehab) Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic experience Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree Active Illinois chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain one) Strong adjusting skills or a desire to improve through mentorship Excellent communication and patient education abilities Professional, dependable, coachable, and team-oriented Interest in long-term growth within a structured practice environment Two years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome Training is provided in all advanced treatment protocols, communication systems, clinical technologies, and patient-care procedures.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base compensation starts in the $65,000

• 80,000 range depending on experience, with performance‑based bonus opportunities that can increase total compensation as responsibilities and contribution grow.
