$90k•100k+ per year | 4-day work week We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice full time in Chicago, IL. Ideally, we are seeking a Chiropractic Physician who is a movement specialist, enjoys working with patients and understands physiology of movement. General duties include overseeing rehabilitation of practice clients, performing CMTs, performing and executing E&Ms, and working hand in hand with a nurse practitioner, rehabilitation technician and nurses.

Duties:

Perform initial exams and re-exams (medical history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports) Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, nutrition, take-home stretches and exercises, benefits of continued chiropractic care Chiropractic Care•CMT's, rehab and various therapies and modalities Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with the team for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met•reassessments

Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Active Chiropractic license in IL Well versed in physical rehabilitation preferred

Schedule:

Full time 4 days per week

Total Compensation:

$90k•100K plus per year
