Job Description

About Us Neighborhood Treatment Center is a multidisciplinary practice serving the Canton, MA community with chiropractic care, rehabilitation, and integrated wellness services. We are growing and looking to add another Doctor of Chiropractic to our Canton office to help us continue delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough patient evaluations, including history, orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic examinations
  • Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans using chiropractic adjustments and complementary modalities
  • Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging as appropriate
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, posture, ergonomics, exercise, and lifestyle modifications
  • Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the EHR
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (PT, massage therapy, medical providers) to coordinate care
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Massachusetts Board of Registration of Chiropractors regulations Qualifications
  • Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted Massachusetts chiropractic license (or eligible and able to obtain prior to start)
  • Current malpractice insurance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Proficiency in Diversified technique; additional techniques (Activator, Gonstead, Thompson, Flexion-Distraction, ART, dry needling) a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply Schedule
  • Monday to Friday, with one evening shift per week
  • Occasional Saturday mornings on a rotating basis Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ($85,000 to $120,000) plus production/collections bonus structure
