Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality chiropractic care focused on improving patient well-being through precise assessments, effective treatment plans, and ongoing support. You will play a vital part in helping patients recover from injuries, manage pain, and enhance their overall health. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a collaborative environment dedicated to patient-centered care and continuous professional growth. Three days a week. Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8AM - 6PM for 30 hours/week. Merit based bonus of up to 3% annually. Up to 10 paid holidays. Ability to earn up to 3 weeks of PTO. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments to determine the root causes of discomfort or injury. Develop and implement personalized care plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments and other therapeutic modalities. Manage acute pain conditions by applying targeted treatment techniques aimed at rapid relief and long-term recovery. Utilize X-Ray results effectively to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Provide education on injury prevention, occupational health strategies, and lifestyle modifications to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure effective pain management and recovery. Skills Proficiency in performing physical examinations and interpreting X-Ray results. Experience with patient observation techniques and acute pain management strategies. Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options clearly and empathetically. Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care with attention to detail and professionalism. From $52.50 per hour
