We are a busy, well-established chiropractic clinic seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chiropractor to join our team. Our office currently includes three experienced doctors and a supportive staff, creating a collaborative and positive work environment focused on patient-centered care. Position Overview The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and passionate about helping patients achieve optimal health. You will work alongside a team of chiropractors in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic with an established patient base. Responsibilities Provide high-quality chiropractic care to patients of all ages Perform patient evaluations, exams, and develop treatment plans Utilize a variety of chiropractic techniques based on patient needs Educate patients on care plans, wellness, and lifestyle improvements Maintain accurate and timely patient records Collaborate with other doctors and staff to ensure excellent patient experience Duties Conduct comprehensive patient observations, physical examinations, and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop personalized care plans focusing on acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and rehabilitation strategies. Perform manual therapies including spinal adjustments, mobilizations, and trigger point techniques to alleviate pain and restore function. Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Coordinate with other healthcare providers for diagnostic imaging or specialized interventions as needed for accurate diagnosis. Monitor patient progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans to optimize outcomes. Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and lifestyle modifications related to occupational health and overall wellness.
