Job Description

Job Summary We are looking to add another Chiropractor to our healthcare team. We are a PI based chiropractic group with multiple locations in St. Paul and 30 locations in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with post-traumatic musculoskeletal issues. Your expertise will help patients manage acute pain, recover from injuries, and maintain optimal physical health through personalized care plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' health while working in a collaborative and supportive environment with multiple health care providers across multiple disciplinaries. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient physical examinations and assessments to identify post-traumatic injuries. Develop and implement individualized care plans focused on pain management and injury recovery. Perform manual therapies such as trigger point therapy and other soft tissue techniques to alleviate muscle tension and pain. Manage acute pain episodes effectively through targeted treatment strategies and patient education. Utilize newest protocols for advanced imaging and ortho/neuro referrals. Educate patients on proper ergonomics, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures related to occupational health. Communicate with patient and/or the patient's legal team for resolution of outstanding medical injury claims. Skills Proficiency in patient assessment techniques, including physical examinations and diagnostic procedures. Experience with pain management strategies and post-traumatic injury treatment protocols. Familiarity with medical imaging interpretation to support clinical decisions. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options clearly and empathetically. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
