Associate Chiropractor (Rehab/Sports Focus)

Coastal Chiropractic & Wellness is hiring an associate chiropractor in Beaufort, NC. This is a good fit for someone who wants to build a strong clinical skillset, work with active patients, and grow a full schedule through referrals—not marketing or sales. The Practice We're a referral-based clinic focused on evidence-informed musculoskeletal care. We have strong relationships with local medical providers and a steady flow of patients.

Patient base includes:

Active adults Lifters, runners, and recreational athletes General population who want to stay active Pre and Postnatal Treatment approach includes: Diversified Flexion/Distraction Dry Needling Graston / ART / soft tissue work Rehab and movement-based care Care is efficient and patient-centered. The Role W-2 associate Hourly base + performance bonuses Six-figure potential within 1 year Current associate reached six figures in year one working ~3.5 days/week Mentorship available Who This Works Well For Comfortable combining manual therapies with rehab Communicates well and builds rapport easily Self-motivated and accountable Coachable and willing to improve Takes ownership of patient outcomes Is detail-oriented in both care and documentation Communicates clearly and confidently with patients Follows through consistently (with patients, plans of care, and responsibilities) You don't need years of experience, but you do need a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Experience with rehab or dry needling is a plus, not required.
