Associate Chiropractor Community Outreach & Patient Growth (Part-Time)

We are a fast-growing, upper cervical-focused chiropractic office in the Lake Norman area dedicated to delivering life-changing results through precise, neurologically-based care.

We are currently looking for a driven, outgoing associate chiropractor who wants more than just adjusting patients — someone who wants to be in the community, build relationships, and help grow a thriving practice. This is not a typical associate role. This position is ideal for someone who: Loves meeting new people and being out in the community Is energized by growth, marketing, and business development Wants to play a key role in scaling a high-performing office You will split your time between: In-office patient care Out-of-office community outreach & patient acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and re-exams Deliver upper cervical adjustments (training available if needed) Educate patients on care plans and recommendations Provide an exceptional, high-end patient experience Growth & Outreach Responsibilities (PRIMARY FOCUS) Attend and host community events, health talks, and screenings Build referral relationships with: Local gyms, yoga studios, and wellness businesses Pediatric offices, PT clinics, and other providers Generate consistent new patient leads weekly Represent the brand professionally in the community Help plan and execute monthly patient acquisition campaigns Relationship Building Develop strategic partnerships in the community Maintain follow-up with leads and contacts Act as a "face of the brand" outside the office Compensation Base hourly pay (competitive, based on experience) Performance-based bonuses tied to new patients & conversions Opportunity to grow into a full-time, higher-comp role Ideal Candidate Licensed chiropractor (or soon to be licensed) Outgoing, confident, and high-energy personality Strong communication and public speaking skills Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged Passion for health, wellness, and helping families Comfortable with sales, conversions, and growth metrics How to Apply Please submit: Resume A short paragraph answering: Why are you interested in this role?
