Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chiropractic Associate to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive chiropractic care to patients, focusing on alleviating pain, improving mobility, and enhancing overall well-being. Your expertise will help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and achieve optimal health through personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and develop tailored care plans. Perform physical examinations, including spinal and joint evaluations, utilizing medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to determine appropriate treatment strategies. Manage acute pain conditions using evidence-based chiropractic techniques such as trigger point therapy and manual adjustments. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies related to primary care and occupational health. Utilize medical imaging results when necessary to support diagnoses and treatment plans. Develop comprehensive care plans focused on pain management, mobility improvement, and overall patient health outcomes. Monitor patient progress regularly through follow-up assessments and modify treatments accordingly to ensure optimal results. Experience Proven experience in patient assessment, physical examinations, and acute pain management within a chiropractic or related healthcare setting. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health. Hands-on experience with trigger point therapy, physical therapy techniques, and occupational health practices. Knowledge of medical imaging interpretation and its application in chiropractic care is preferred. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Prior experience in primary care or pain management roles is highly desirable. Pay:
$49,229.64 - $120,000.00 per year
