Quality of care-> Patient experience->Long-term results Position Overview We are hiring a Chiropractor focused on manual therapy, rehabilitation, and patient outcomes. This is not a high-volume, adjustment-only role.

You will be expected to own patient care, collaborate across disciplines, and drive retention through results and experience. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care Perform manual therapy (soft tissue, myofascial work, joint mobilization) Prescribe and guide therapeutic exercise & corrective movement Utilize chiropractic adjustments appropriately (not as sole treatment) Develop and manage individualized plans of care Educate patients on diagnosis, recovery timelines, and maintenance Multidisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with PTs, acupuncturists, and massage therapists Drive internal cross-referrals to optimize patient outcomes Communicate effectively to ensure continuity of care Patient Retention & Experience Build strong patient relationships through clear communication and trust Take ownership of plan of care adherence and retention Ensure patients understand the value of continued care Operations Complete timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with front desk and care coordinators on patient flow Contribute to a high-performance, accountable team culture What Makes This Role Different ❌ No outdated high-frequency care models ❌ No routine X-rays as default ✅ Focus on modern, evidence-informed care ✅ Built-in referral system across disciplines ✅ Strong operational support (so you can focus on treatment) Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) Active New York State License Experience or interest in: Manual therapy Rehab-based chiropractic care Exercise prescription Strong communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a growth mindset Ideal Candidate Values quality over volume Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-based environment Takes ownership of patient outcomes Interested in multidisciplinary, modern care models
