  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, patient-centered Chiropractor who is passionate about delivering exceptional care through a combination of chiropractic adjustments, manual therapy, rehabilitation, and therapeutic exercise.
This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a multidisciplinary environment and is excited to collaborate with Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists, Medical Massage Therapists to achieve the best possible patient outcomes. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-oriented, growth-minded, and comfortable representing the practice at community and corporate wellness events as part of our commitment to education, prevention, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinical Care Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Deliver chiropractic adjustments and evidence-based manual therapy techniques. Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercises tailored to patient goals and functional limitations. Educate patients on posture, movement mechanics, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record system. Collaborate with other providers to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care. Rehabilitation & Patient Outcomes Integrate active rehabilitation principles into treatment plans. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on objective outcomes. Promote adherence to plans of care and encourage patient engagement throughout the recovery process. Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions when appropriate. Team CollaborationCommunity & Marketing Support Work closely with Front Desk, Physical Therapy, Acupuncture, Medical Massage, and Medical teams to optimize patient experience. Communicate effectively regarding referrals, care plans, scheduling needs, and patient concerns. Contribute to a positive, supportive, and solutions-oriented clinic culture. Participate in corporate wellness events, health fairs, workshops, and community outreach initiatives. Conduct posture screenings, movement assessments, and educational presentations when needed. Serve as an ambassador for the practice by creating a welcoming and professional experience for prospective patients and community partners. Demonstrate flexibility in supporting marketing initiatives that contribute to practice growth. Requirements Valid chiropractic license or certification in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to musculoskeletal health. Experience with patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques. Proficiency in acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and occupational health practices. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Ability to multitask in a patient setting. Ability to work well with others in a team setting. Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment options and educating patients effectively. Prior experience in primary care settings or multidisciplinary clinics is preferred. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited institution. Active New York State Chiropractic License in good standing. Strong manual therapy and adjustment skills. Experience prescribing therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs. Excellent communication and patient education abilities. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
