Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Chiropractor Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support chiropractors in delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help enhance patient experiences and contribute to the overall success of our practice. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable clinical experience in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting. Responsibilities Assist chiropractors with patient therapy - placing moist heat and electric muscle stimulation on the area of complaint Prepare treatment rooms with necessary equipment and ensure cleanliness and sterilization standards are maintained. Support patients during chiropractic procedures by positioning them correctly and providing comfort measures. Manage electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately, documenting patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes. Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to promote ongoing health benefits. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and processing billing or ICD (International Classification of Diseases) coding. Skills Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to chiropractic care. Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions.
