Associate Chiropractor - Inside Out Chiropractic (Tulsa, OK) About Us Inside Out Chiropractic is a fast-paced, nervous system-focused practice serving pediatric, prenatal, and family care needs. We are a Christ-centered team committed to delivering hope, building relationships, and helping our community experience true health—from the inside out. Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Associate Chiropractor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both new graduates and experienced doctors who are passionate about serving families, committed to personal and professional growth, and aligned with a faith-based, service-oriented culture. Benefits Competitive salary of $60k+ (based on experience), with a dedicated training pay period followed by transition to full earning potential. Bonus opportunities Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Paid Time Off (14-20 days annually) Malpractice insurance coverage Continuing education support Memberships to AMPED and PX (The Pediatric Experience) All-expenses-paid chiropractic conferences (2-4 per year) Strong, family-oriented, Christ-centered team culture Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (or graduating student) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Coachable with a desire to grow professionally and personally Comfortable engaging on social media (Facebook & Instagram) Passion for pediatric, prenatal, and family chiropractic care Experience with (or willingness to learn): Tonal-based techniques (TRT) Webster Technique (prenatal care) Job Requirements Deliver high-quality chiropractic care in a fast-paced environment (250+ visits/week) Build and maintain strong patient relationships Participate in team training and ongoing development Contribute to a positive, energetic, and faith-driven office culture Engage in marketing and community outreach, including social media Work collaboratively with team members to achieve practice goals Ability to perform doctor orientations, public speaking events, lunch & learns, and dinner speaking events.
