Every patient receives 60 minutes of focused care , combining: Manual therapy Movement assessment Rehab and strength training Education and long-term strategy This is not a high-volume clinic and we do not utilize assistants. About I.MOVE. Health and Performance I.MOVE. Health and Performance is a rapidly growing performance rehab clinic serving the Portland, Oregon area. Our patients are active adults who prioritize their health—CrossFit athletes, lifters, runners, golfers, and people who refuse to slow down because of pain or injury. We work closely with gyms, coaches, and referral partners throughout the community.
