I.MOVE. Health and Performance is growing , and we are looking for a Clinic Assistant Director to help lead the next stage of that growth. This role is built for the clinician who wants leadership, mentorship, earning upside, and real influence — without taking on startup risk or managing every aspect of running a business alone. This Is Not a "Senior Chiropractor" Job This is leadership role for someone who wants to help build something bigger than themselves. You will help lead a rapidly growing performance rehab clinic backed by a proven model, strong community partnerships, and a clear vision for growth as we grow to multiple locations. You will work closely with the clinic director and owner of the company in addition to the leadership team to develop clinicians, drive clinical excellence, and help scale I.MOVE. to new levels. .

What You'll Do Serve as a lead clinician within the clinic Mentor and develop other doctors through clinical guidance and collaboration Help maintain and elevate the clinical standards of I.MOVE.
