Our established multidisciplinary clinic in Hillsboro is seeking a confident, patient-focused Chiropractor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chiropractor who enjoys a rehabilitation-focused approach, values collaboration, and wants to step into an established patient basewith strong referral relationships and consistent patient volume. Our team includes:

Assistant Manager & Front Desk Administrator Two highly trained Chiropractic Assistants Esthetician Office Manger & Dedicated Billing Specialist Most of our team members have been with us for several years, creating a positive, stable, and supportive workplace culture. This position offers a rare combination of an established patient base, experienced support staff, performance-based bonus opportunities, and a four-day work week (Tuesday-Friday), providing 52 three-day weekends every year. Our Approach We focus on helping patients recover and function at their best through a combination of: Chiropractic adjustments Rehabilitation and corrective exercise Massage & Manual Therapy Shockwave Therapy Deep Tissue Laser Therapy The ideal candidate is: Confident and skilled in spinal manipulation Comfortable managing a consistent patient schedule while delivering excellent patient care and outcomes Rehabilitation-minded and evidence-informed Professional with excellent bedside manner Able to build strong patient relationships and retention Thorough and efficient with charting and medical documentation Team-oriented and collaborative Credentialed with some commercial insurance plans Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Oregon Preferred Experience Experience treating personal injury patients Experience treating wellness and musculoskeletal conditions Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols and therapeutic exercise Experience working within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment Growth Opportunity The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships, develop clinical, leadership skills, and grow with an expanding organization.
