$90,000 - $110,000 Job Description & Requirements We are a growing integrated chiropractic clinic in Redmond, OR, and we're looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join our team. This full-time position offers a base salary of $90,000-$110,000, with compensation negotiable based on experience. Our associate will work Monday through Thursday (full days), with occasional Fridays or weekends as needed, though these are not typically part of the regular schedule. This role averages 31-40 hours per week and includes an expected patient volume of 150-250 visits per week. Our doctors typically spend 1-3 minutes per patient in a fast-paced, highly efficient practice environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing patient consultations and examinations Taking and reviewing X-rays Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations Presenting financial plans and closing care plans (preferred but not required) Providing chiropractic adjustments using Diversified, Palmer, Activator, Arthro Stim, Thompson Drop, and instrument-assisted techniques Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care Delivering therapy/rehab and exercise instruction Providing nutritional and supplementation recommendations Participating in professional development and continuing education seminars We operate within a shared-patient model, allowing our doctors to collaborate while providing consistent, high-quality patient care. We're looking for a hard-working, driven chiropractor who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is excited about long-term growth opportunities.
