Job Description
Flagship Healthcare is seeking an energetic, patient-centered Chiropractor to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. Unlike traditional insurance-driven practices, our doctors spend their time caring for patients—not dealing with endless documentation, depositions, or reimbursement battles. Our team focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns while delivering exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. What You'll Do As a Chiropractor at Flagship Healthcare, you will: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and examinations. Analyze patient history, physiology, biomechanics, and functional movement patterns. Review diagnostic imaging and clinical findings to develop individualized care plans. Deliver chiropractic adjustments and other conservative treatment interventions. Educate patients regarding their condition, treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and long-term wellness strategies. Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize outcomes. Collaborate with our integrated healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care. Conditions We Commonly Help Our clinic specializes in helping patients suffering from: Chronic neck and back pain Disc injuries and spinal conditions Peripheral neuropathy Joint pain and arthritis Balance and mobility disorders Functional neurological conditions Brain health and cognitive concerns Musculoskeletal injuries and degeneration What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will possess: Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution Active chiropractic license (or ability to obtain licensure in Pennsylvania) Strong clinical and communication skills A passion for educating and empowering patients A growth-oriented mindset and willingness to continually learn The ability to build trust and rapport with patients A team-first attitude and positive energy Preferred Qualifications Experience with rehabilitation, functional medicine, neurology, or regenerative medicine is a plus. Experience working in a cash-based or wellness-focused practice is beneficial but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
