We're looking for a practitioner who is ready to step out of the insurance-driven, 7-minute-appointment grind and into a practice where they can actually do the work they were trained to do. The opportunity We're offering a private, fully-equipped office inside our clinic, with a chiropractic table already in the room, and the autonomy to build your own practice within ours. You bring your training, your patients, and your drive. We bring the space, the team, the integrative environment, and the support that lets you focus on patient outcomes instead of overhead. This is a partnership-track role for the right person. We're growing, and we want a practitioner who wants to grow alongside us. Who we're looking for You may be one of the following: An experienced chiropractor with an established patient base A motivated newer DC ready to build a book of business A functional medicine practitioner of any background An MD, DO, NP, PA, or ND practicing functional medicine (non-prescribing roles for this opening) A credentialed integrative or holistic health practitioner The common thread: you're aligned with root-cause, integrative care. You're a self-starter who is comfortable marketing yourself, telling your story, and bringing patients through the door. You want to work somewhere your patients get real time, real attention, and real outcomes. What we offer Private, fully-equipped office with chiropractic table, available on a part-time basis Full-service front-desk staff handling scheduling, intake, and patient communication All tech infrastructure included: dedicated phone line, high-speed internet, and computers Access to advanced adjunctive therapies for your patients, including medical-grade hyperbaric oxygen and other supportive modalities Built-in learning and clinical development opportunities to keep sharpening your skills Collaborative integrative team and shared patient referral flow Brand and marketing momentum you don't have to build from scratch A practice culture that treats patients like people, not appointments Compensation 100% commission-based — no base pay Tiered commission structure — your percentage increases as your collections grow. The more value you generate, the more you keep No overhead deductions for office space or basic infrastructure — your split is your split 1099 independent contractor — you set your schedule, control your protocols, and own your patient relationships Practitioners coming in with an existing patient base will begin generating revenue immediately. Practitioners building from zero will need to be genuinely motivated to market themselves and grow — but the upside is uncapped, and you keep what you build.
