Beginning base hourly rate for a DC currently holding a license in

TN:

$35/hr (or equivalent base salary) Full-time is usually 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, which is about 38-40 hours per week. Bonus (volume based) paid bi-weekly: +

Employees will be paid for the following seven (7.5) holidays IF they fall on your scheduled work day: [New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (1/2 day), Christmas Day] With the base rate, bonus and benefits, this is an $80,000 to $100,000/yr position depending on bonus levels, but the bonuses do generally increase as the clinics grow.

Expectations:

Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories; questioning, observing, and examining patients; and reviewing x-rays, as indicated. Evaluate patients' neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine neuromusculoskeletal and spine-related conditions. Perform manual adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct the musculoskeletal system, where necessary. Educate patients on the quality of life benefits of routine chiropractic care. Provide a recommended course of treatment and communicate this to the front desk staff, who will complete the sales conversation with the patient. Obtain and record patients' medical histories, as indicated.
