Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Chiropractor Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will support chiropractors in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting with clinical procedures, managing patient flow, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for. Duties Assist chiropractors with patient intake, including collecting medical histories and explaining procedures Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates Support clinical procedures by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting during adjustments or therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including ICD coding for diagnoses Help manage patient flow by scheduling appointments and coordinating follow-up visits Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery Support administrative tasks such as verifying insurance information and updating patient records Requirements Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in outpatient clinics or chiropractic offices Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and basic life support (BLS) certification Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support tasks Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically Experience with intake procedures, vital signs measurement, ICD coding, and medication administration is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments such as hospital medicine or urgent care centers Clinic experience involving X-ray support or emergency medicine is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to improving patient health through compassionate care and professional excellence.
