In this energetic position, you will work closely with licensed chiropractors to deliver exceptional patient experiences, assist with clinical procedures, and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help ensure smooth clinic operations and foster a welcoming environment for those seeking relief from pain and discomfort. Responsibilities Observe and monitor patient responses during chiropractic treatments, ensuring safety and comfort at all times Assist chiropractors with physical examinations, patient assessments, and the implementation of care plans tailored to individual needs Support acute pain management strategies through patient education and therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy Conduct basic physical examinations, including mobility assessments and physiological observations, to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities, medical terminology, and anatomy-related notes in compliance with clinic protocols Prepare treatment rooms, medical imaging equipment, and therapy tools to ensure readiness for daily procedures Educate patients on post-treatment care, occupational health practices, and pain management techniques to promote ongoing recovery Experience Prior experience in a healthcare setting involving patient observation, physical examinations, or occupational health is highly desirable Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging enhances your ability to support clinical staff effectively Familiarity with trigger point therapy, pain management techniques, and primary care practices will enable you to contribute meaningfully to patient outcomes Strong skills in patient assessment and delivering compassionate patient care are essential for success in this role Previous experience working with care plans or assisting in acute pain management is a valuable asset Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude will help foster positive relationships with patients and team members Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication directly impacts patients' quality of life.
