Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Chiropractor to join our weekend team. This is a part-time position working Saturdays and Sundays (6 hours each day, 12 hours total per week) . You will be a key member of our clinical team, providing specialized chiropractic care to our diverse clientele in a supportive, collaborative environment that values personalized treatment and clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:

$40/hour (commensurate with Austin-area part-time chiropractor standards)

Position RequirementsEducation & Licensure Required:

Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college

Required:

Current, active Texas Chiropractic License in good standing

Preferred:

Continuing education in orthopedic, neurological, or sports chiropractic

Preferred:

Experience with additional modalities (e.g., myofascial release, nutritional counseling) Experience Minimum 2 years of clinical chiropractic experience Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Strong experience with patient communication and setting realistic treatment expectations Experience in a private practice or wellness center setting preferred Skills & Competencies Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Proficiency in patient intake, history-taking, and case documentation Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated care team Professional demeanor and commitment to client-centered care Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to maintain detailed, compliant patient records (HIPAA knowledge required) Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems Commitment to ongoing professional development Personal Qualities Passion for holistic, whole-person healthcare Patient, compassionate approach to patient care Team player with positive attitude and collaborative spirit Genuine interest in supporting clients' wellness journeys Alignment with Mantra Wellness's values of "healing, caring, and individual attention" Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesClinical Services Perform comprehensive chiropractic examinations and consultations with new and existing clients Diagnose musculoskeletal conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based chiropractic adjustments, manipulations, and therapeutic techniques Provide complementary care modalities as appropriate (e.g., soft tissue therapy, ergonomic education, exercises) Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on outcomes and client feedback Collaborate with other practitioners on the team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient case histories and treatment notes Client Experience Dedicate adequate time to thoroughly discuss client needs, concerns, and treatment options without rushing Educate clients about their conditions, treatment recommendations, and self-care strategies Provide exceptional, personalized service consistent with Mantra Wellness's commitment to surpassing expectations Maintain a calm, professional demeanor and contribute to the healing atmosphere Build strong client relationships to encourage ongoing care and referrals Professional Responsibilities Maintain current Texas chiropractic license and all required certifications Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality standards Maintain professional liability insurance as required Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices Comply with all clinic policies, procedures, and protocols Document all treatments accurately and timely in the electronic health record system Participate in team meetings and continuing education as needed Maintain a clean, organized treatment space Community & Practice Development Contribute positively to Mantra Wellness's team culture and client community Support clinic marketing and community outreach efforts when appropriate Provide referrals to other practitioners on the team when clinically indicated Actively participate in creating an integrated, collaborative care environment Work Environment Professional clinical setting with modern equipment and a peaceful, spa-like atmosphere Weekend-based schedule (Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM•4 PM or flexible within operational hours) Interaction with diverse clientele seeking therapeutic and preventive care Collaborative team environment with massage therapists, estheticians, and other wellness professionals Climate-controlled, calm environment designed to support healing
