You will:

run consultations and Reports of Findings guide patients into corrective care with confidence help lead team culture and standards participate in community outreach and events build long-term trust with families operate within scripts, structure, scoreboards, and clear expectations The right doctor is: people-first and performance-driven coachable and hungry to grow comfortable being measured willing to lead clinically and culturally ready to own outcomes English/Spanish fluency is a strong advantage in this market. What Winning Looks Like 50%+ conversion rate 18-25+ new patient starts per month $60K+ monthly office collections full ownership mentality

Compensation Salary:

$70,000-$100,000/year •not including bonuses

Performance Bonuses:

tied to starts, conversion, and collections numbers

Growth Escalators:

salary compensation rises annually with growth of the office
