Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Chiropractor (DOT Certified) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert chiropractic care to patients, focusing on improving mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting overall wellness. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and delivering effective treatment modalities. As a DOT (Department of Transportation) Certified Chiropractor, you will also ensure compliance with federal regulations for commercial vehicle operators, facilitating safe and efficient transportation health programs. Duties Perform comprehensive patient observations and physical examinations to assess musculoskeletal health and identify underlying issues. Develop and implement tailored care plans that incorporate chiropractic adjustments, trigger point therapy, and other manual therapies to manage acute and chronic pain. Conduct patient assessments focusing on occupational health needs, including injury prevention and ergonomic advice for workers. Manage pain through targeted treatment techniques such as trigger point therapy and physiologically-informed interventions. Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and the importance of ongoing care for long-term wellness. Utilize medical imaging results and other diagnostic tools to inform treatment strategies effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with regulatory standards. Please include the following requirements in the posting: Licensed Chiropractor DOT Certified Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team Experience Proven experience in primary care chiropractic practice with a focus on pain management and patient care. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques relevant to musculoskeletal health. Experience in occupational health settings is highly desirable, especially in managing workplace injuries or ergonomic assessments. Skilled in patient observation, physical examinations, and developing comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs. Familiarity with DOT regulations related to commercial drivers is essential; certification is required upon hire. Ability to communicate complex medical concepts clearly to patients of diverse backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Prior experience with acute pain management techniques such as trigger point therapy is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate.
