Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and certified Chiropractor with DOT (Department of Transportation) certification to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive chiropractic care to patients, focusing on improving mobility, alleviating pain, and promoting overall wellness. Your expertise in physical examinations, patient assessment, and treatment planning will be essential in delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology, enabling accurate diagnosis and effective treatment strategies. Duties Conduct thorough patient observations, including physical examinations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues. Develop and implement personalized care plans targeting acute pain management, trigger point therapy, and overall pain relief. Perform diagnostic procedures such as medical imaging review and evaluate patient history to inform treatment decisions. Administer chiropractic adjustments and therapies aimed at improving mobility and reducing discomfort. Manage occupational health cases by addressing work-related injuries and providing preventive care advice. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Educate patients on physiologic functions, anatomy, and injury prevention strategies to promote long-term wellness. Document all patient interactions accurately using appropriate medical terminology and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations for driver health assessments and certifications. Experience Proven experience as a licensed Chiropractor with active DOT certification. Strong background in patient observation, physical examinations, and patient assessment techniques. Knowledge of acute pain management methods, trigger point therapy, and primary care practices. Familiarity with occupational health principles and injury prevention strategies. Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and interpretation of medical imaging results. Experience developing effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for educating patients about their conditions and treatment options. Prior work in a clinical setting emphasizing patient care quality and safety standards.
