Job Description This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in patient care while helping guide the continued growth of the practice. The patient base includes a mix of sports and active individuals, family wellness patients, and those seeking corrective or rehabilitative care. Providers are given a healthy balance of autonomy and support, allowing them to practice confidently while benefiting from established systems and guidance when needed. Responsibilities include delivering chiropractic care, conducting patient education, presenting reports of findings, developing care recommendations, and maintaining timely documentation. The practice places a strong emphasis on communication, helping patients understand their condition, treatment recommendations, and wellness goals. The clinic maintains a manageable patient volume of approximately 75 visits or fewer per week, allowing providers to focus on quality patient interactions while delivering individualized care. Same-day completion of SOAP notes is expected as part of maintaining efficient clinical operations. Qualifications Active chiropractic license required prior to start date Intermediate-level EHR experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to educate patients and present care recommendations clearly Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Leadership qualities and growth-oriented attitude Other Information Base salary: $80,000-$90,000 Health insurance benefits available Paid time off (PTO) Monday through Friday schedule
