founder, Dr. Charles Foster interned at the Gonstead Clinic in 1987. We use this and other techniques to match the patient's needs and response. We are looking to staff either our Springfield location.

Responsibilities:

This doctor will have opportunity to practice in more than one location as we are a multiple doctor clinic with multiple locations. Looking to recruit hardworking team player who takes a level of "ownership" in our practices. Must be enthusiastic about chiropractic and it's potential to change lives. Our doctors work as a team, covering multiple locations to make FOSTERing

the most influential clinic system in the state. Some travel is necessary, though infrequently, to assist covering for vacations or sickness, usually between the Brandon and Rutland clinics. The doctor will be running the clinic he/she is assigned to on a daily basis. The doctor will follow established procedures for conducting an exam and giving reports of findings and providing comfortable adjustments. Our adjusting technique is primarily Gonstead/Diversified but we incorporate other techniques to fit the case and benefit the patient.

Experience/Requirements:

The doctor must have competencies in imaging, physical exams, use of subluxation station. The best candidates for this position will be excellent communicators, excellent listeners, and must be coachable. The applicant must have a good level of passion for the work we do and the underlying philosophy of chiropractic. The doctor will be expected to be a member of the state chiropractic association.

The successful candidate will have an opportunity to partner with us to establish another clinic in which they will have a financial and management stake.
