Associate Chiropractor

Job Summary We are seeking a warm, motivated chiropractor to join our team as an Associate in the beautiful seaside town of Blaine, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who values patient connection, community involvement, and delivering high-quality, individualized care. This position offers the opportunity to build your patient base with support, grow your hours over time, and potentially transition into long-term partnership or buy-out. What You'll Do

• Perform thorough patient evaluations and examinations
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and supportive manual therapies
• Educate patients on movement, posture, and self-care strategies
• Build strong patient relationships and contribute to a positive clinic environment
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in EHR What We're Looking For
• Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
• Active Washington State chiropractic license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong adjusting skills and clinical reasoning
• Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic Nice to have (but not required):
• Experience with rehab, soft tissue techniques, or multidisciplinary care
• Familiarity with insurance documentation and care planning/enrolled in healthcare plans Compensation
• Base salary plus commission has associate earning $3000-$5000/mo during onboarding and build phase with strong income growth potential What We Offer

$48,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
