Job Description
Job Summary Core Concepts is dedicated to providing community patient-centered care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting long-term wellness. Our clinic offers chiropractic care, physical therapy, and massage therapy, circled around rehabilitation support, offering cold laser therapy in a welcoming and collaborative environment. We are looking for a skilled and motivated chiropractor that is eager to assist patients and join our growing office. Responsibilities Consult with patients to obtain their medical history and the reason for their visit Perform patient assessments and administer appropriate treatment Recommend additional treatments, such as physical therapy and massage, when medically necessary Create comprehensive treatment plans that focus on each individual's specific needs Promote a healthy lifestyle with advice on daily living included but not limited to sleep, exercise, and lifestyle changes Maintain detailed records of patient information Refer to specialists or other professionals as needed
