This is not a high-volume adjustment practice. We are a movement-centric sports medicine clinic blending manual therapy, rehabilitation, strength training, and performance care for active adults, athletes, lifters, runners, climbers, cyclists, and working professionals who want to continue doing hard things at a high level. Our providers work one-on-one with patients using a combination of: Sports chiropractic Rehabilitation exercise Strength and conditioning principles Manual therapy Movement analysis Return-to-sport and return-to-performance programming We are looking for a clinician who enjoys coaching movement as much as delivering hands-on care. What This Role Looks Like You will work with patients through the full continuum of care: Acute injury management Post-operative rehabilitation Persistent pain and movement dysfunction Strength rebuilding Return-to-running/lifting/climbing/sport Performance optimization A typical visit may include: Manual therapy or spinal/extremity manipulation Rehab exercise and movement coaching Progressive loading strategies Squat, hinge, carry, and rotational pattern development Education and self-management strategies Video analysis and exercise modification This role sits somewhere between: sports chiropractor rehab-focused PT athletic trainer strength coach The ideal provider is comfortable operating across all of those domains.
Who We're Looking For Required:
Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Washington licensure (or ability to obtain) Strong interest in sports medicine and rehabilitation Confidence coaching exercise and movement Strong communication skills and ability to build patient trust Growth-oriented mindset
Preferred:
CCSP, DACRB, DACBSP, CSCS, or similar credentials Background in athletics, coaching, lifting, endurance sports, climbing, or field/court sports Experience with rehabilitation programming and progressive loading Comfort working with active populations and performance-minded patients What Makes Orca Different At Orca Sports Rehab, providers are given time and autonomy to actually practice sports medicine.
