This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on pain relief, injury prevention, and overall wellness. You will be instrumental in assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and applying your expertise in physical examinations and physiology to improve patient outcomes. Whether you are a licensed chiropractor or a preceptor eager to gain hands-on experience, this position is designed to energize your career while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient observations and assessments to identify musculoskeletal issues and pain sources Perform physical examinations and utilize medical terminology accurately to diagnose conditions Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs, emphasizing acute pain management and primary care strategies Apply trigger point therapy and other manual techniques to alleviate pain and improve mobility Manage occupational health concerns by addressing work-related injuries and ergonomic issues Educate patients on physiology, anatomy, medical imaging results, and treatment options to foster understanding and compliance Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and ensure comprehensive patient care throughout each session Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques Proficiency in patient observation, assessment, and physical examinations Expertise in pain management techniques including trigger point therapy and acute pain relief methods Ability to develop detailed care plans focused on primary care and occupational health needs Excellent communication skills for explaining complex medical concepts clearly to patients Demonstrated commitment to patient care with attention to detail and empathy Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a healthcare team This paid part-time position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to expand their clinical skills while providing exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.
