$80,000

Monthly Bonus Opportunities Sign-On Bonus Schedule:

Full-time (10-hour or 8-hour shifts available)

Responsibilities Conduct individualized evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans Deliver outstanding hands-on care that helps patients move better and live pain-free Collaborate closely with other disciplines (LMT, ATC, trainers) to deliver holistic care Educate patients and their families on home exercises and lifestyle strategies Track progress, adjust treatment, and celebrate patient wins along the way Uphold our culture of H.O.P.E. in every patient and team interaction

Requirements:

DPT degree from an accredited institution Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Washington (or eligibility) Strong foundation in orthopedic and/or sports medicine care Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with a dynamic team Interest in long-term career development and potential leadership opportunities
